Arrow Light Sculpture proposal 2004
Client: Hastings Borough Council
Our proposed sculpture for Alexandra Park refers to the historic Battle
of Hastings. Swathes of arrows rise from the surface of the lake on a
trajectory to the future. The transparent arrow tips glow with light from
within. Dramatic submergedup lighting allows the sculpture to be seen
from a great distance at night and passing winds create shimmering reflections
on the lake surface.
